-1 3. In section 5 of the Principal Act, in sub-section (1), in the proviso for the words "the Director of Medical and Health Services, Andhra Pradesh", and the expression "one of the ex-officio members referred to in clause
- (d) of sub-section
- (2) of section 3 nominated by the Government" shall be substituted.
