Staff of Lokayukta and Upa-Lokayukta

Staff of Lokayukta and Upa-Lokayukta. -

1. (1) There shall be such officers and employees as may be prescribed to assist the Lokayukta and Upa-Lokayukta in the discharge of their functions under this Act.
2. (2) The categories of officers and employees who may be appointed to the staff of the Lokayukta and Upa-Lokayukta and their salary, allowances and other conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed.
3. (3) The administrative expenses of the office of the Lokayukta and Upa-Lokayukta, including all salaries, allowances and pensions payable to or in respect of persons serving in that office, shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State.
