The Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) (Amendment) Act, 2009

1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) (Amendment) Act, 2009.
2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 1st day of January, 2004.

In the Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973, in section 14, in sub- section (6), for clause (iii), the following shall be substituted, namely,- “or,

1. (iii) utilise/sell such lands for infrastructure/ industrial development or any such public purpose”.

-1 3. The Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2009 is hereby repealed.
