This Act sets up the Andhra Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board to organise, develop and regulate khadi and village industries in the State. It sets out how the Board is constituted, the term of its Chairman and Vice-Chairman, its meetings, officers and Standing Committee. The Board prepares an annual programme and budget for Government sanction, and the Government can give it directions.
