The Andhra Pradesh Housing Board (Amendment) Act, 1996

Short title and commencement. -

1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board (Amendment) Act, 1996.
2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 29th February, 1996.

Amendment of section 2. - In the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board Act, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 2, after clause (k), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-

1. (l) "transitory period" means the period commencing from the date of supersession of the Board under sub-section

1. (1) of section 67 and ending with the date of reconstitution of the Board under sub-section
2. (3) of the said section.
