Duties of Tribunal

The Tribunal shall – (a) decide whether any compensation is payable under Section 33; (b) decide the amount of compensation in the matters referred to it under Section 35; (c) decide disputes relating to betterment charges referred to it under Section 42; (d) decide disputes relating to the reconstitution of plots referred to it under Section 46 and the amount of compensation to be awarded in consequence thereof; (e) decide such other matters as may be prescribed.
