Government from time to time in accordance with Article 309 of the Constitution of India.

Appointment of additional staff:-The Commissioner/Director with prior permission of Government is authorized to,- (i)Engage and remunerate staff including Service Providers, and Consultants on contractual basis and/or

1. (ii) Appoint aforementioned staff from the Government and/or external consultants, on contractual basis and/or deputation.
