Management of properties seized or forfeited under this Act- (1)

The State Government may, by order published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint as many of its officers not below the rank of Conservator of Forests as it thinks fit, to perform the functions of an Administrator.

1. (2) The Administrator appointed under subsection (1) shall receive and manage the property in relation to which an order has been made under sub-section (1) of section 60C or under section 60F in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
