This Act amends the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968. It raises the fees and rentals in the Schedule to that Act, including the tree tax on toddy-yielding trees, and amends several of its sections on licences, offences and penalties. It also inserts new provisions into the principal Act and repeals ordinances that had made earlier changes.
