Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 30th January, 1983. (3) It shall apply to all educational institutions.
