Deletion u/s 22-A (1) of the Registration Act, 1908 - The Dotted

Lands updated in the name of Person in column No.(16) of Re-Settlement Register shall be declared from the list of prohibitory lands notified under section 22-A (1) of the Registration Ac, 1908 (Act No.16 of 1908) as amended

by the Andhra Pradesh Act No.19 of 2007 within one (1) month of the date

of the order under section 7 or section 8 as the case may be;
