Repeal of ordinance 7 of 1992.-The Andhra Pradesh Court fees and suits valaations (Anendmcnt) ordin..nce, 1992.i.; hereby repeated.
1. Short title and Commencement Slrort lifle and Commncemcnt.
- (I) This Act mLy bc caild the Andhra Pradesh Court Wcs and Suits Valuation (Amendment Act. ! 992.
- (2) It shall bz dccmzd to have come into force with effect from the 1st May, 1992. 2. Amendment of Schedule In the Andhra Praaesh Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1956, in Schedule 11, in article 10, against item (g), in column (3), for the existing rate of proper fee, the following shall be substituted , namely: - "fifty rupees" 1. Short title, extent and commencement
- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Court Fees and Suits Valuation (Amendment) Act, 2001.
- (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint. 2. Insertion of new section In the Andhra Pradesh Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1956, after section 66, the following new section shall be inserted, namely:- “Refund of 66-A. Where the Court refers the parties to fee. the suit to any one of the mode of settlement of dispute referred to in section 89 of the Code of Civil procedure, 1908 the plaintiff shall be entitled to a certificate from the Court authorizing him to receive back from the Collector, the full amount of the fee paid in respect of such plaint.”. 3. Repeal of ordinance 7 of 1992 The Andhra Pradesh Court Fees and Suits valuation (Amendment) Ordinance, 2005 is hereby repealed. 1. Short title and Commencement

- (xvi) Plaints, memorandum of appeal, all types of petitions and applications, memorandum of appearance and vakalatnamas filed by the State Government or its lawyers before any court, tribunal or other authority. 3.
