1. Short title and commencement

1. (1) This Act may bc called the Andhrv Pmdcsh Cooperative Spinning hli!Is (Amendment) Act. 1995.
2. (2) Tt shall be deemed tcj have come irito force on the 30rh May, 1994. 2. Amendment of the Schedule A.
   • (I) The Government may, by notification, '2fter or edd to orcanceI any item in the Schedule.
3. (2) where a notification has been issued under sub-sectlon

(1) there shall, unless the notification is in the meantime rescinded be introduced in the 1.egislative hseml~ly, as soon as may be, but in any cased uring t3c next session of the t.:gi:,I2tivc hsernbly following the date of the issue of the E ~tificztioa, a Bill on bz-half of the Government, to pive effect tc the alteration, addition Or cancellation as fhe case may be, of iie Scheddc specified in the notscation: end tl~c notification sh tll cerrse to have cfiel:t when such Bill becomes law, whether nith or without modific::t ions but without prejudice to the valid' iy of zny thiag p revioisly done thereunder : Provided that if thc nctification under sub-sccticn
   • (I) is issued when the lagisls?iive Assembly is in sess :on, such a Bill shall be introd ueed in the Legi jIstivc hsembly during thzt session:- Provided further thnt where for any reason a Bill 2s afore said does not become Izw within six mt-nths from the date of it introduction in the L:gisI~tive Asseml ly, the notific~tion shcI1 cease to have effect or1 the expiration ?f the said period of six months.
5. (3) Ail references mde in this Act to any itcm in the Sche-dule shall be construed as rel;l.ting to th : item in the Scheduk as for the time being ariiend ed in exercis ; of the powers conferrt d by this secticn.".
