Constitution of co-operative service

("Constitution of co-operative service")

1. (1) The Government may constitute a co-operative service for the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh and may frame rules for the regulation of the recruitment and conditions of service of persons appointed to such service.
2. (2) Every person who is a member of any such service shall be appointed by such authority as may be prescribed and shall receive his salary and allowances from the Co-operative Service Fund.
3. (3) The Government may constitute a Co-operative Service Fund which shall be maintained in such manner as may be prescribed and every society shall contribute to the said fund such part of its net profits as may be prescribed.
