Short title, extent and commencement - (1) This Act may be called

4[the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955].

1. (2) It extends to the whole of the 2[State of Andhra Pradesh].
2. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
