Group Insurance for members and other benefits

1. (1) The Committee may, for the welfare of the members of the Fund, implement any group insurance scheme or any other welfare scheme as may be prescribed.
2. (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Committee may make payments to a member of the Fund, or his nominee or legal heir in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
