Short title, extent and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the

Andhra Pradesh (50 Percent Reservation to BCs, SCs, STs and Minorities in all the Nominated Posts) Act, 2019.

1. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
2. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint.
