Power of Board to alter programme

The Board may, with the previous approval of the Administrator, make any alteration in any programme or supplementary programme so long as the aggregate amount does not exceed the amount approved for such programme and a report of such alteration shall be forwarded to the Commission in such form and within such time as may be prescribed.
