Power to take security and counterpart agreement.

Subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, the authority granting a licence under this Regulation may require the licensee to- (a) give security for the observance of the terms of his licence; and (b) execute a counterpart agreement in conformity with the tenor of his licence.
