Prohibition against re-sale of ticket

Statutory text
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force a ticket for admission to an entertainment shall not be re-sold for profit. (2) Whoever re-sells any ticket for admission to an entertainment for profit shall on conviction be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
