Chapter VII APPEALS

(1) Any person who is aggrieved by any decision made by the Competent Authority or the authorised surveyor or any authorised organisation or authorised person may file an appeal to the National Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of such decision in such manner as may be prescribed:

(1) Any person who is aggrieved by any decision made by the National Authority may file an appeal to the Central Government within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of such decision in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The appeal filed under sub-section (1) shall be disposed of in such manner as may be prescribed.
