12. Amendment of section 2, Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003
Statutory text
For the existing clause (38) of section 2 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(38) “Tax Board” means the 'Board' established under section 4 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 (Act No. 15 of 1956);".
