1. Short title and commencement

- (1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Transfer of Ownership of Minor Forest Produce in the Scheduled Areas and the Maharashtra Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) (Amendment) Act, 1997.
- (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 10th December 1997.
