58. Permission, affiliation and recognition.
Statutory text
The provisions of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 (Mah. VI of 2017), shall mutatis mutandis apply for permission, affiliation and of recognition of colleges, institutions, centres, courses and trades.
