Chapter VI FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS

The

amount collected by way of fees, fines and penalties by the Council and the Authority shall be credited to such separate account as the Government may, by order, specify in this behalf and shall be utilized for the activities connected with the implementation of the provisions of this Act.

The non-official members of the Council

and Authority, members of the grievance redressal committee, assessors and members of the sub-committee shall be eligible for such allowances as may be prescribed.
