Chapter VI DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION OF TOURIST DESTINATIONS

Government tourist entities shall engage with the private sector under a suitable Public Private Partnership framework or joint venture arrangements to bring in private sector investment in developing, promoting, operating and maintaining tourism infrastructure and facilities subject to such rules as may be prescribed.

1. (2) The Government may make necessary rules for adoption of tourist destinations.
