11. Budget and grants by the Government
(1) The Commission shall prepare every year a budget estimate of its income and expenditure for the financial year and shall forward it to the Government. (2) The government shall, after due appropriation made by the Legislature of Delhi in this behalf, pay to the Commission by way of grants such sums of money as are adequate for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (3) The Commission may spend such sums out of the grants as it think fit for performing its functions under this Act, or incidental thereto

12. Accounts and Audit
(1) The accounts of the income and expenditure of the Commission shall be kept in accordance with the rules. (2) The Commission shall prepare an annual statement of accounts in the prescribed form. (3) The accounts of the Commission shall be audited annually by the auditors appointed by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. (4) The auditors shall have access to all the accounts and other records of the Commission. (5) The Commission shall send a copy of the annual statement of accounts together with a copy of the audit report to the government to be published in the prescribed manner.
