Chapter IV MISCELLANEOUS

Power to remove difficulties.-

1. (i) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by an order published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty;
2. (ii) Any Amendment made under this section shall be laid, as soon as may be, after it is being made, before the State Legislature;

Fund.—The amount collected through registration, renewal or any other fee for mentioned purposes shall be kept as Revolving Fund & will be utilised for various activities related to breed improvement of Animal as decided by Additional Chief Secretary or Principal

Competent Authority for Amendment of Schedules Formats and Annexure Competent Authourity for amendment of schedules Formats and Annexure.—Schedules, Formats and Annexure for animals other than bovine (or including bovine) may be released or updated by the Government of India or Appellate or Registration or Competent Authority as and when required.

-1 19. English version of the act to prevail in case of any difference between English and Hindi version.- In case of any difference between the English and the Hindi versions of any of the provisions under this Act, the English version wil prevail.
