Chapter IV SPECIAL COURTS

Bar of jurisdiction of court etc.

1. (1) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no proceeding of the Special Court shall be called in question in any court of law or before any authority.
2. (2) No injunction shall be granted by any court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Act.

Overriding effect. The provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder or any order made under any such rule shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having the force of law.
