15. Chairperson, Members and employees of the Commission to be public servants, Central Act 45 of 1860
The Chairperson, Members and employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Central Act 45 of 1860).

16. Power to remove difficulties - (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the
